This page summarizes the schedule and supplemental instructions for the IDE master program students while the general schedule and instructions set by Tokyo Tech are certainly valid. Submission of Thesis and Thesis Summary

Submission of Extended Abstract (printed copy)
Format etc.: Prepare in English. See “Preparation of Extended Abstract for Thesis” for further particular. Submit one single-sided copy. Monochrome in principle, colored optional. Pinup with paper clips. Do not use staples.

Submission and Confirmation of Electrical Files for Presentation
How to Submit: Upload your presentation material (ppt file etc.), according to “Submission of Soft Copies” written below.
How to confirm: Come to Ishikawadai 4th Bldg 1F Room 107, ABE group student room, and download and open your uploaded file to check it. Replacement of the file after the period of checking is not allowed. Submission

Final Presentation
Date and Time: Afternoon, August 5 (Monday), 2013 (detailed time-schedule will be posted later.)
Note that Bachelor theses and master theses sessions are jointly held on the same day, starting from 14:00. Bachelor theses presentation will be held first.
Venue: Ishikawadai 4th Bldg B1 Room B02 – 5
Language: Presentation – English;
Discussion – English or Japanese Time Limit: 20 minutes (14 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes for discussion, 1 minute for alternation and preparation)
Submission of Revised Extended Abstract (electrical files only)
Prepare and submit the revised extended abstract whihc reflects the discussions and comments on your presentation. Check typographical errors and omissions once more. This material is imporatnt because it is used for the decision about conferment of Academic Degree, and compiling them for publishing abstract book.

1. PDF file of extended abstract (File name: Last_name+A0913+”your student ID”.pdf (Ex: Tokodai+A0913+09M51234.pdf)
2. Presentation materials (ppt file etc.) (File name: last_name+P0913+”your student ID”.* (Ex: Tokodai+P0913+09M51234.ppt, Tokodai+P0913+09M51234.pdf, etc.)
3. Attached materials (Movie etc) (File name: last_name+M0913+”your student ID”-file number.* (Ex：Tokodai+M0913+09M51234-1.mov，Tokodai+M0913+09M51234-2.mov, etc.)
How to Submit:
Access to “Local web of Depf. of International Development Engineering“, “Pages for students“, “Upload (アップロード),” and upload the above soft copies. After uploading, download your uploaded files to check them. The file on the server is overwritten by uploading a new file with the same filename. When you correct the filename on the server, upload the file with the correct filename. You don’t need to delete the old file with incorrect filename.
