This is Ishio.
We welcomed a new member.
His name is Thomas.
In Japanese 都升山羊男.
He came this lab as an exchange student from ETH in Switzerland.
On last weekend Thomas and I went to ASAKUSA.
We met Japanese friend, walked together and made a Japanese lantern (ちょうちん:chochin).
We enjoyed this short trip very much.

This is the ASAHI BEER symbol building in Asakusa.

We did sightseeing in Asakusa traditional handcraft museum.
Thomas tried a written oracle at Senso temple（浅草寺）. However the result was terrible. It was 凶.
Don’t worry Thomas.
And we went to lantern shop to make chochin.
Thomas made cool design lantern.
都升 means Thomas.
If you have time, let’s go to Asakusa again.
