こんにちは、B3の末原と大屋です。2月29日に行われた国際開発工学科の学士論文発表会について報告致します。これは、各研究室の今年卒業される方々が自分の行なってきた研究を発表する場で、阿部研からは片谷さん、楠さん、高さんの3人が発表しました。発表の時間は９分間で、そのあと質疑が５分間ありました。発表を終えての感想を3人にインタビューをしてみたので、掲載致します。
片谷さん
テーマ：
“A study on the operation and maintenance performance of wind power plants owned by public sector in Japan”
感想：
2010年度に卒業された佐藤好浩さんにご指導いただき、研究の方向性を決定することができました。この場をお借りして御礼申し上げます。また、阿部先生にはお忙しい中、いつも快く相談に乗っていただいたり、ヒアリング調査に付き合っていただきました。大変感謝しております。そして有用な助言を数多くいただいた阿部研のみなさまのおかげで、無事発表を終えることができました。ありがとうございました。
楠さん
テーマ：
“A study on renewable energy funds initiated by NPOs in Japan”
感想：
時間的な制約等があり、もう少し深く突き詰めたかったというのが率直な感想です。が、その中で発表自体はうまく出来たんじゃないかと思います。質疑を除いて・・・（笑）もともと小水力発電に興味があったのですが、それについて研究していく中で、市民ファンドに出会いました。ファンドを通して、市民が個人でも貢献できるようにしたい、という考えを持つことができたのがよかったことでしょうか。
高さん
テーマ：
「中国瀋陽市における水道水利用者の水質とリスクに対する認識」
感想：
緊張しました（笑） 中国ではまだ飲用水が汚染されているところがあり、このテーマは重要だと考えました。また水道水は公共事業として行われているのですが、大金が投入されている割に効率が悪いので、そこを改善できればと思いました。街頭調査を340部ほどしたのですが、協力してもらえない人もいたりして苦労もありました。分析の方法を勉強できてよかったです。
片谷さん、楠さん、高さん、発表が終わったばかりで疲れてる中、嫌な顔せず答えて下さりありがとうございました。そしてお疲れ様でした。
発表を聞き、新たな知見を得ることができました。自分自身がこれから何をしていくか改めてよく考える機会を与えてもらい、発表を聴けてよかったと思いました。
Hello everyone,
This is Oya. On 29th February, the presentation of graduation thesis of International Development Engineering was held. Now, I am going to report the details of the presentations. The presentation is where graduating people of each labs give presentations and three people belong to Abe-lab, Mr.Katatani, Mr.Kusunoki, and Ms.Gao gave presentations. The presentations had to be in nine minutes, after that, There was Q&A session in five minutes. I had interviews with those 3 presenters as follow.
Mr.Katatani
Theme:
“A study on the operation and maintenance performance of wind power plants owned by public sector in Japan”
Comment:
Mr.Sato Yoshihiro(graduated in 2010) gave me lots of advice. I am really appreciative of his help to find the direction of the research. Prof.Abe always welcomed my call and conducting hearing survey along with me. I really appreciate that. And finally I could finish my presentation thanks to Prof.Abe and Abe-lab members. Thank you.
Mr.Kusunoki
Theme:
“A study on renewable energy funds initiated by NPOs in Japan”
Comment:
To be honest, if there had been no limits in time, I would have researched more throughly. As for my presentation, I was able to do my best(except for the Q&A session) . Originally I was interested in small scale hydropower, but in researching, I found the funds. Citizens can contribute to growth of renewable energy by means of participating in the funds. That was what I found out and I think it is a good thing.
Ms.Gao
Theme:
“A study on the perceptions of drinking water quality and risk in Shenyang, China”
Comment:
I got nerveous. I thought that this theme is important because tap water could have been polluted somewhere in China. Moreover, tap water is managed as public project, and invested a lot of money, but it’s inefficient. And I think it leaves much to be improved. I suveyed 340 people by questionare on the street on my own , but evreyone was not cooperative. I am glad I had a chance to study Statistics.

The presentation broadened my point of view and it was good opportunity for me to consider what I can do.
