DNA sensor of compost maturity

It had been believed that the longer composting period produce better compost with higher maturity. However, it was turned out that there’s an appropriate composting period to produce the compost promoting the growth of plants. We are analyzing the genes of microorganisms emerging in the compost, aiming at the development of DNA sensor for the determination of optimum compoting period.
