Brief Profile:

VAIBHAV GARG is pursuing his doctoral studies at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, India, in the area of application of soft computing techniques in reservoir sedimentation studies. He has completed his Master’s in Water Resources Engineering from the Department of Civil Engineering, Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, India in the year 2005. Earlier, he has worked with National Institute of Hydrology (NIH) Roorkee, Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS) Dehradun and IIT Bombay as a Research Fellow. Till date, he has published 14 (National and International) publications dealing with Water Resources Engineering. He is a Student member of ASCE, life member of ISH and IAHS.
