Poster preparation<\/h3>\n<p>The presenters need to prepare a\u00a0poster\u00a0in the A0 size (in English) and bring it on the date of the presentation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>2. Abstract submission<\/h3>\n<p>Those students who will\u00a0make the\u00a0poster presentation on\u00a0August 4th need to submit an abstract (in English, A4 size*1 page) by e-mail. <strong><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif; font-size: 10pt;\">With this submission, your presentation will be registered. Hence, failing to submit before the deadline may result in unacceptance of the presentation.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline:\u00a0July 24th (Fri), 2015, PM 5:00<\/strong> (Be punctual)<\/p>\n<p>E-mail Address\uff1aAssoc. Prof. Takagi,\u3000takagi &lt;at&gt; ide.titech.ac.jp\uff08replace &lt;at&gt; by \uff20\uff09<\/p>\n<p>The file needs to be converted to a pdf file whose name should be as follows.<\/p>\n<p>File name\uff1a\u3000Master_interim_Your name (family name followed by the first name\uff09.pdf (ex. Master_interim_TokoTaro.pdf)<\/p>\n<p>Email subject\uff1a\u3000Master_interim_Your name (family name followed by the first name\uff09 (ex. Master_interim_TokoTaro)<\/p>\n<h3>Format<\/h3>\n<p>\u2013 <strong>A4, one page, in English<\/strong>. The format is the same as the first page of \u201cExtended abstract for master thesis\u201d without \u201cShort abstract, Japanese research title and Japanese name\u201d.\u00a0The content and sections of the abstract should be appropriately organized within one page. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ide.titech.ac.jp\/ja\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/abstExME1.pdf\">Check an example of the abstract<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>3.
