1. Resistration of Research Title<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

The resistration needs to be made on IDE Local Web Page<\/a>\uff08accessible only in campus\uff09Put your research title on the row of\u00a0\u201dTitle of thesis (\u30bf\u30a4\u30c8\u30eb)\u201d<\/p>\n

Format etc.: Prepare in English. See \u201cPreparation of Extended Abstract for Thesis<\/a>\u201d for further particular. Submit one single-sided copy. Colored copies can be acceptable. Pinup with paper clips. Do not use staples.<\/p>\n

4. PC and electrical file used in the presentation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

PC:<\/h4>\n

The presenters are allowed to use their laboratory\u2019s computers (or personal one) which most facilitates their presentation according to individual PC environment, irrespective of operating system or presentation software. Please consult your supervisor on which computer you should use. Note: computers need to have a device to connect a VGA cable<\/a><\/p>\n

Presentation file:<\/h4>\n

The presenters do NOT need to submit their presentation files in advance. Please bring the data with your computer.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/h4>\n

Presenters\u00a0SHOULD examine whether their computers can appropriately connect to the projector in the presentation room in advance. Please consult your supervisor on the availability of the presentation room. This process is crucially important as any postpone due to mechanical problems associated with PC\u2019s connection will not be taken into consideration in your presentation.<\/p>\n

5. Final Presentation <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Venue: Ishikawadai 4th Bldg B1 Room B02 \u2013 5<\/p>\n

Language: Presentation \u2013 English;\u00a0 Discussion \u2013 English or Japanese<\/p>\n

Time Limit: 20 minutes (14 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes for discussion, 1 minute for alternation and preparation)<\/p>\n

Handout<\/span><\/p>\n

1) 20 copies of\u00a0your presentation slide should be prepared and distributed to the faculty members just prior to your presentation with the assistance of your laboratory members<\/span><\/p>\n

2) The maximum number of the paper distributed should be limited within 2 in two-sided printing<\/span><\/p>\n

3) A correspondence table of technical terms between Japanese and English should be appended in the last slide<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Submission of Revised Extended Abstract (electrical files only)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Prepare and submit the revised extended abstract through the local server (IDE Local Web Page<\/a>), reflecting the discussions and comments\u00a0during your presentation. Check typographical errors and omissions once more.\u00a0 This material is imporatnt because it is used for the decision about conferment of Academic Degree, and compiling them for publishing abstract book. Submission of electrical files:\u00a0 please upload the files as instructed below. Note: The upload of your file is required even if no correction is made.<\/p>\n

How to Submit:<\/strong> Access to \u201cLocal web of Depf. of International Development Engineering<\/a>\u201c, \u201cPages for students<\/a>\u201c, \u201cUpload (\u30a2\u30c3\u30d7\u30ed\u30fc\u30c9),\u201d and upload the above soft copies. After uploading, download your uploaded files to check them. The file on the server is overwritten by uploading a new file with the same filename. When you correct the filename on the server, upload the file with the correct filename.
