Abstract Submission<\/h3>\n

Those students who will undergo the poster presentation on August 4th <\/sup>need to submit an abstract (in English, A4 size*1 page) by e-mail.<\/p>\n

Deadline: July 29, 2014, PM 5:00 (Be punctual)<\/p>\n

The file needs to be converted to a pdf file whose name should be as follows.<\/p>\n

File name\uff1a\u3000Master_interim_Presentation No_Your name (family name followed by first name\uff09.pdf (ex. Master_interim_A-3_TokoTaro.pdf)<\/p>\n

Email subject\uff1a\u3000Master_interim_Presentation No_Your name (family name followed by first name\uff09 (ex. Master_interim_A-3_TokoTaro)<\/p>\n

Format<\/h3>\n

– A4, one page, in English. The format is the same as the first page of \u201cExtended abstract for master thesis\u201d without \u201cShort abstract, Japanese research title and Japanese name”.\u00a0The content and sections of the abstract should be appropriately organized within one page.<\/p>\n
