Registration of research title<\/strong><br \/>\nLogin to the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/lw.ide.titech.ac.jp\/\" target=\"_blank\">IDE local web<\/a>\u201d (accessible only in campus), go to the \u201cCheck and update individual data\u201d, and then put your research title on the row of the \u201cTitle of thesis\u201d.<br \/>\nDeadline: July 12, 2016, 4pm (be punctual)<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Abstract submission<\/strong><br \/>\nWrite an abstract (in English, A4 size*1 page). Login to the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/lw.ide.titech.ac.jp\/\" target=\"_blank\">IDE local web<\/a>\u201d, go to the \u201cUpload files\u201d, and then upload the PDF file.<br \/>\nDeadline: July 26, 2016, 4pm (be punctual)<\/p>\n<p>The file needs to be converted to a pdf file whose name should be as follows.<\/p>\n<p>File name: studentnumber_lastname_interim2016.pdf (e.g. 15M123456_tokodai_interim2016.pdf)<\/p>\n<p>Format of abstract<br \/>\n\u2013 A4, one page, in English. The format is the same as the first page of \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ide.titech.ac.jp\/ja\/extended_abstract_m\" target=\"_blank\">Extended abstract for master thesis<\/a>\u201d without \u201cShort abstract.\u201d The content and sections of the abstract should be appropriately organized within one page. Name and title in Japanese are also not necessary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Poster preparation<\/strong><br \/>\nThe presenters need to prepare a poster in the A0 size (portrait) in English and bring it on the date of the presentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Schedule on the date of presentation<\/strong><br \/>\nDate and Time: Aug. 2, 2016<br \/>\nVenue: Ishikawadai Bldg.4, room B02-B05<br \/>\n(All presenters must come to the room at 9:30 to prepare the room and display the poster)<\/p>\n<p>Poster session: Each presenter has a total of 15 minutes (5 min: oral presentation, 5 min: questions from other students, 5 min: questions from faculty members)<br \/>\nAfter individual presentations: Free discussion<br \/>\nThe Best Presentation Award might go to you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
