Poster preparation<\/h3>\n<p>The presenters need to prepare a\u00a0poster\u00a0in the A0 size (in English) and bring it on the date of the presentation.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>2. Abstract submission<\/h3>\n<p>Those students who will\u00a0make the\u00a0poster presentation on February 16th need to submit an abstract (in English, A4 size*1 page) by e-mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Georgia',serif; font-size: 10pt;\">With this submission, your presentation will be registered. Hence, failing to submit before the deadline may result in unacceptance of the presentation.<\/span><\/strong> <strong>Deadline:\u00a0Feb 8th (Mon), 2016, PM 4:00<\/strong> (Be punctual)<\/p>\n<p>E-mail Address\uff1aAssoc. Prof. Takagi,\u3000takagi &lt;at&gt; ide.titech.ac.jp\uff08replace &lt;at&gt; by \uff20\uff09<\/p>\n<p>The file needs to be converted to a pdf file whose name should be as follows.<\/p>\n<p>File name\uff1a\u3000Master_interim_Your name (family name followed by first name\uff09.pdf (ex. Master_interim_TokoTaro.pdf)<\/p>\n<p>Email subject\uff1a\u3000Master_interim_Your name (family name followed by first name\uff09 (ex. Master_interim_TokoTaro)<\/p>\n<h3>Format<\/h3>\n<p>\u2013 A4, one page, in English.
